Lane wise length of national highways in India FY 2019, by state and union territory
As of financial year 2019, Maharashtra had about ten thousand kilometers of less than 2-lane national highways and 3,779 kilometers of 4-lane and above national highways. The state of Rajasthan has the longest 2-lane national highway of 5,770 kilometers. During the same period India had a total of over 126 thousand kilometers of national highway.
