Japan: leading reasons for using other devices for TV consumption

According to a survey conducted in Japan from October to December 2021, 48 percent of respondents used other devices than TV sets in order to watch television programs because they want to watch the programs at a time they like, regardless of the broadcast time. While many of the more common answers were related to convenience and mobility reasons, three percent of the respondents stated that they resort to other devices because they do not possess a television.
