L'Oréal Paris: online share of total CRPs worldwide 2015-2021
Between 2015 and 2021, L'Oréal Paris nearly tripled its online share of Consumer Reach Points (CRPs), increasing from around 6.7 percent in 2015 to more than 18 percent in 2021. Among the leading FMCG brands worldwide, L'Oréal Paris had the highest share of their CRPs occurring online.
