U.S. social network users 2022, by political position

In the United States in August 2022, 33 percent of social media users identified as politically right, while 21 percent identified as politically left. Overall, 42 percent of users on LinkedIn were right-wing, a significantly larger percentage than on other platforms. Left-wing Reddit users made up 30 percent of the site's audience, while 31 percent of Pinterest users described themselves as being politically centered.
