Share of young Spaniards that consider religion important 1994-2020
According to a survey carried out in 2020, nearly 23 percent of young people in Spain thought that religion was either important or very important. This indicated an increase in religiosity across the Spanish youth compared to the previous survey, conducted in 2016, when this share stood at 16 percent.
