Poverty headcount ratio at 1.00 U.S. dollars a day in Mexico 1992-2020
In 2020, approximately 0.55 percent of the Mexican population were living on less than one U.S. dollars per day, an increase in comparison to the previous year. During that year, over ten million people were living in a situation of extreme poverty in Mexico.
