Between 2019 and 2022, the vast majority of the partners/principals, managing directors, and directors (PPMDD) at EY in the United States were white. The white demographic share of these positions never fell below 77 percent in this time period. In 2022, the Asian demographic held their highest share of these job roles, accounting for approximately 13 percent of those in the PPMDD workforce of EY. There was no representation of Hawaiians or Native Americans in these positions.
