Satisfaction with democracy in Malaysia 2022
According to a survey in Malaysia, as of March 2022, 44 percent of the respondents said they were somewhat satisfied with the way democracy is developing in the country. Meanwhile, 27 percent and 11 percent of the respondents admitted they were somewhat or very dissatisfied with the democracy in Malaysia. Malaysia practices parliamentary democracy with constitutional monarchy, and it is slated to hold its 15th general election on November 19, 2022.
