During a survey done in April 2022, 29.2 percent of responding small and medium-sized companies (SMBs) in Western Europe said their marketing budgets were impacted by neither the pandemic nor the Russia-Ukraine war. However, another 17.6 percent of respondents claimed that the pandemic decreased their company's marketing budget, while an additional 8.4 percent stated that the war had the opposite impact.
