Natural gas production in Europe 2021, by country

Russia and Norway are by far the largest producers of natural gas in Europe. In 2021, Norway extracted 114.3 billion cubic meters worth of the fossil fuel, while Russia (whose main gas producing sites are situated on the Asian continent) produced more than six times as much.
