Actions retailers will take to keep costs down worldwide during the holidays 2022

For the 2022 holiday shopping season, approximately a third of surveyed retailers worldwide said they would increase shipping costs to offset their own increased operating costs. Due to the current wave of inflation, many retailers were planning to minimize costs using a number of strategies: from eliminating free returns to making delivery time changes.
