In 2022, the construction prices of non-residential buildings reached two-figure growth rates in several Canadian cities. Construction costs for commercial buildings in Toronto grew by nearly 15 percent in 2022, as of the third quarter of that year. The residential construction costs in these Canadian cities also soared that year.
