Digital commerce channels B2B companies are investing in in the Netherlands 2022
In the Netherlands, over half (57 percent) of business-to-business (B2B) organizations invest in online third-party marketplaces for commercial purposes, a higher proportion than for any other channel. Investment in customer service centers facilitating phone and mail orders is also common, invested in by 50 percent of these businesses. Out of the selected digital commerce channels, sales representatives received the least investment amongst Dutch B2B businesses.
