Snickers is the most well-known chocolate & candy bar brand in the United States. Around 94 percent of internet respondents are aware of Snickers, around 1 percent more than second placed KitKat. Following closely behind is Hershey's, alongside Twix, and Reese's, to name a few.

For this study, brand awareness was surveyed employing the concept of aided brand recognition, showing respondents both the brand's logo and the written brand name.
