In the first quarter of 2022, the largest number of first-time home buyer loans were issued in Victoria, Australia, with over nine thousand loans approved. In total, almost 30 thousand home loans were issued to first-time buyers in the March quarter of 2022, marking a decrease from the first quarter of 2021, in which over 44 thousand loans were approved.
