Opinion on New Year's decorations during the war in Russia 2022
The majority of Russians believed that cities and localities in their country should be decorated for the New Year, but without additional purchases of new city lights and decorations, according to a survey from November 2022. The question whether it made sense to purchase additional New Year's decorations while the country is at war with Ukraine was discussed in the country.
