Share of internet connectivity in Iran September-October 2022, based on BGP
As of late September 2022, Iranians are experiencing countrywide internet outtakes. On September 22 and 23rd, 2022 zero percent of 24 networks were visible on border gateway protocol in Iran. The frequent internet outtakes and the limited access to to the internet for the Iranian public has been linked to the demonstration in the country in connection to the death of Mahsa Amini.
