Online order rejection rate by business size 2022

International orders are generally more prone to being rejected online, compared to domestic purchases. According to a global survey of e-commerce merchants, online rejection rates were highest among enterprise players while dealing with international orders, at 5.8 percent. Small and medium-sized businesses registered lower rejection rates than larger e-commerce companies for both kinds of orders.
