Per capita consumption of pulses in South Korea 2012-2022
In 2022, there were 1.7 kilograms of pulses consumed per capita in South Korea. Pulse consumption in South Korea has stayed around a similar lever over the past decade, the only exception being an elevated level of consumption in 2015. Pulses are the seeds of plants that are used as a dry grain and thus fall under the legume umbrella. Examples of pulses include beans, lentils, and peas.
