In 2025, academics employed as full professors in Poland earned at least, 9838 zloty gross per month, a salary increase of five percent compared to the previous year. On the other hand, the basic salary of a university professor was at least 83 percent of a professor's salary. It was 73 percent of the salary of an assistant professor, and no less than 50 percent of the salary of an assistant and other academic teachers.
