Usage frequency of payment methods among users in Czechia 2022
As of March 2022, the most frequently used payment method in Czechia was contactless payment through a mobile phone or other smart devices. Twenty-four percent of respondents said they paid this way multiple times a day. The other most frequent method was cash payment. Credit or debit cards were mostly used two to three times a week. Most people who paid by gift cards or vouchers did so no more than once a month.
