Turkey: satisfaction with health services by institution 2021

According to a nationwide survey conducted in 2021, the level of satisfaction was the highest with the health services provided by private practices in Turkey. It was followed by city hospitals and family health centers, with a satisfaction level of 73 and 70 percent, respectively. Additionally, 30 percent of the Turkish people were dissatisfied with the services of private polyclinics or medical centers.
