Turkey: main issues with health services by institution 2021

According to a nationwide survey conducted in 2021, the most pressing issue with healthcare services for Turkish people was having to pay a contribution or fee for the examination at university and public hospitals and family doctors and family health centers. The main issue that respondents raised for private hospitals was high fees for medical examinations and tests, measuring at 73 percent.
