BeReal posting behavior of users in Europe 2022, by age
According to a survey of BeReal users conducted in September 2022 in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and France, 75 percent of respondents between 17 and 18 years reported waiting until they were engaging in an interesting activity before posting something on the popular social app. Additionally, around 19 percent of respondents reported sharing content mostly when they wanted to see what their contacts on the app had shared. BeReal prompts users with one notification per day and users can only see their contact's photos once they shared content themselves.
