Satisfaction with coffee franchise brands South Korea 2022
According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022 on the satisfaction with coffee franchise brands, Starbucks scored the highest with an average 3.99 out of five points. It placed first in four out of the six surveyed categories exploring consumers' satisfaction with offered services and overall satisfaction. However, all surveyed coffee franchise brands placed close together, with only Angel-in-us falling behind a little at 3.69 satisfaction points.
