Types of influencers preferred by brands for collaboration India 2022
An influencer marketing survey conducted in India in 2022 reported that macro-level influencers were clearly the preferred type of influencers brands sought to work as indicated by 40 percent of the respondents. Macro influencers presented an optimum balance in reach and engagement compared to other influencer types. On the other hand, virtual influencers were the least popular choice among brands in the country during that period, followed by mega influencers and celebrities.
