Mental health telemedicine services in Colombia 2020-2021, by category
In response to the coronavirus pandemic, the Colombian Ministry of Health launched a telemedicine program aimed at providing mental health counseling and assistance to the population. Between April 2020 and April 2021, the monitoring of mental health problems accounted for approximately 34.26 percent of all interventions within this initiative. Psychological counseling followed, representing around 29.13 percent of mental health interventions provided to patients through the program.
