In a 2022 survey, 58 percent of supervisors in the United States reported that their companies offered regular training to their employees regarding disability issues and cultural competence. Of these, 95 percent reported the training to be effective in retaining employees with disabilities. An additional 23 percent of the respondents stated that their companies had never provided such training. However, 68 percent said that it would be feasible to implement.
