New Zealand: leading features of new housing builds by feature 2022

A survey conducted in 2022 among homeowners and tenants in New Zealand revealed that around 52 percent of those surveyed had or would have energy efficient appliances in their new home or apartment. Smart heating systems and solar panels were other popular features in new builds.
