Opinions in the 52 countries included are split on whether refugees make a positive contribution to society. Moreover, opinions vary greatly from country to country. While over 70 percent of respondents in Ufanda agreed with the statement, only 18 percent in Turkey did the same. Turkey is also the country in the world that hosts the highest number of refugees.

**18 years and older in India; 18-74 years in Bangladesh, Canada, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Ireland, Kenya, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Africa, Turkey, and the United States; 20-74 years in Thailand; 21-74 years in Indonesia and Singapore; 16-74 years in all other countries.
