Opinion on bias in news media coverage India 2022

In a survey conducted in 2022, 45 percent of respondents stated that news media outlets in India reported on the BJP-led government very favorably. Simultaneously, 37 percent of respondents also reported that news organizations covered the opposition party too unfavorably. Thus, news consumers in India were acutely aware of the news media in India being biased in their reporting.
