Share of internet users listening to online audio content in Morocco 2022, by type
In the third quarter of 2022, around 17 percent of internet users in Morocco listened to music streaming services online each week. Another main type of audio content users listened to on the internet were podcasts, with a share of 14.4 percent. Audio books followed closely, at 14.3 percent.
Worldwide, the number of people who use online music services has increased drastically in the last few years, showing a growing market.
