Cost of poor mental health among employees in India in 2022
In 2022, it was estimated that poor mental health among employees would cost Indian employers around 1,100 billion Indian rupees. Cost of employee presenteeism amounted to about 510 billion Indian rupees of the total cost. On the other hand, the cost of absenteeism amounted to 140 billion rupees.
