Breakdown of the French national police wage bill 2019, by mission
In France, the Ministry of the Interior's personnel expenses for the National Police program amounted to almost ten billion euros in 2019, an increase of more than three percent compared to the previous year. The mission with the highest wage bill expenditure was that of public security and peace (31.58 percent of the wage bill), followed by that of judicial police missions and assistance to the judiciary (30.82 percent of the wage bill).
