According to a survey conducted in China in 2021, 80 percent of surveyed enterprises stated that their main goal of offering employees high-end health insurance was to attract and retain talents. The purposes of improving employees' satisfaction with benefits and boosting employer brand ranked second and third with 72 percent and 51 percent respectively.
