While seven in ten respondents from that generation reported being extremely or very interested in using that service, around 43 percent of surveyed Baby Boomers mentioned the same.

The source defined "mobile messaging" as mobile communication via SMS and chat apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram chat, Apple iMessage, and similar services.
The source divided the generations as follows: Gen Z (27 years and younger), Millennial (27-41 years), Gen X (42-57 years), Baby Boomer (57 years and older).
Percentage points exceeding 100 percent are probably due to rounding.
