Second-hand clothing purchasing behavior among consumers Australia 2022
In 2022, a survey conducted among Australian consumers revealed that around 73 percent of respondents buy pre-used clothing. One fifth of those who buy second-hand clothing started buying such items within the past three years. Environmental concerns were the leading reason for buying second-hand clothing items among those surveyed.
