According to a survey in November 2022, around 34.5 percent of respondents in Indonesia claimed the availability of promotional offers and discounts as their primary reason for using online travel agencies. This was followed by those who chose online travel agencies because of ease of use of the apps or website page, which accounted for around 28.7 percent of respondents.
