Use of AI in e-commerce in France 2024

In a survey carried out in January 2024, nearly all surveyed French e-commerce managers stated they are going to implement AI-based solution over the following three years. In France, AI-powered toos are likely to be used for marketing (81 percent) and customer relations (74 percent) purposes.
