Public preference for mental health professionals in Czechia 2022, by position
According to a survey from September 2022, most people in Czechia who feel mentally unwell would contact a psychologist. Almost half of the respondents would opt to visit this specialist. Forty percent would likely see a primary care physician—only 21 percent considered seeing a psychiatrist.
