Free shipping influence on digital shopping behavior in Lithuania 2021

The largest share of e-commerce consumers in Lithuania maintained that they were buying additional products often or sometimes in order to get a free delivery when shopping online, as per a survey conducted in June 2021. At the same time, when asked about the expected changes to online spending in 2023, a third of the surveyed individuals admitted that they planned to decrease their online expenses.
