U.S. impact of COVID-19 on nonprofit work environment 2020-2022
The COVID-19 pandemic left a lasting impact on nonprofit workplace environments in the United States. Prior to the pandemic, approximately 67 percent of nonprofit employees worked in an office or other designated work site. Since then, that number has fallen drastically. As of November 2022, only 5 percent of nonprofit employees reported working consistently in an office.
