A survey conducted in June 2023 among Australian shoppers showed that over 75 percent of respondents had reduced or were trying to reduce the number of new products they purchased. That same year, around 60 percent of shoppers surveyed reported Frequency of consumers reducing their new product purchases in Australia in the three months to June 2023
