Gazprom was the highest earning energy company in Russia and one of the leading energy companies worldwide. n 2021, Gazprom earned 184.2 billion U.S. dollars, 17.5 billion U.S. dollars more than Lukoil. The leading electricity provider in the country was Rosseti, whose revenue reached 18 billion U.S. dollars in 2021.
