Share of RRC plastic packaging in the food industry 2021
In the food industry, it is most likely that plastic packaging will be recyclable rather than reusable or compostable as of 2021. In average about 27 percent of plastic packaging was recyclable that year compared to only 0.4 percent reusable plastic packaging.
