Online shoppers' favorite courier services in the UK 2022

In a 2022 survey, online shoppers in the United Kingdom (UK) selected which delivery providers they would choose if they had the choice. Despite the competition, Royal Mail remained the favorite delivery option for UK shoppers, with over half of all consumers choosing it as their preferred service. One fifth of shoppers preferred DPD as their courier service. Comparably, nearly 19 percent of UK consumers opted for Hermes.
