Click-and-collect users worldwide 2022, by country
Click-and-collect means shopping online and picking up orders in-store. In 2022, almost six out of ten consumers tried click-and-collect shopping in the United Kingdom (UK). This share stood at around 44 percent in France, followed by 42 percent in Spain. Among Germans, a total of 38 percent of surveyed consumers had tried this form of shopping. While click-and-collect has got popular in Europe, it has yet to take off in the United States. Only 19 percent of U.S. shoppers stated to have tried click-and-collect in 2022.
