Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania had the highest value of digital economy as a share of gross domestic product (GDP) among the presented Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries, at 18 percent each in 2021. To compare, in Czechia, the value of digital economy represented eight percent of GDP.
