In a 2023 survey, two-thirds of retail professionals stated they would consider using generative AI for product recommendations. Customer experience was at the core of gen AI implementation, while marketing content generation followed in the list of most considered features. Nearly 60 percent of surveyed professionals would use gen AI to generate images, text, video, and music content in marketing campaigns.
