From January to October 2024, China exported approximately 6.37 billion U.S. dollars worth of eyewear and parts, of which around 2.17 billion U.S. dollars were exported to Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) counties. The European Union is also China's important trade partner in eyewear exports, with a total export value of over 1.4 billion U.S. dollars in that period.
